M. Night Shyamalan’s DEVIL gets two featurettes

The new horror movie DEVIL is the first in an intended series of dark films from the mind of M. Night Shyamalan, under his banner of “The Night Chronicles.”  We previously posted the poster and trailer for the film here.  Written by Brian Nelson and directed by John Erick Dowdle, the movie follows a group of people trapped inside an office building elevator, and a mysterious terror that is attacking them.  The trailer for the movie has become the victim of mockery by moviegoers, as the attachment of Shyamalan’s name isn’t drawing the positive effect it used to.  With the box office failure of THE LAST AIRBENDER, and Night’s previous flop THE HAPPENING, many are wondering if putting his name on a film even makes sense anymore.  I will say DEVIL looks interesting, and atmospherically creepy, but talk about a production that has its work cut out for it.  This better be really good.  Check out the two rather moody featurettes below, and let us know your thoughts in the comments.
