If you haven’t seen the new ghost story INSIDIOUS yet, you’re missing one of the scariest and most effective supernatural thrillers to hit theaters in years.  You can read my review here.  While at this year’s South by Southwest Film Festival, I had the pleasure of talking to director James Wan and screenwriter Leigh Whannell, who brought us the original SAW movie, and producer Oren Peli (who helmed the original PARANORMAL ACTIVITY).  Being a fan of the original SAW, I was anxious to see what Whannell and Wan could come up with working together again in the same capacity as their previous franchise’s innaugural production.  The end result is pretty great, and it’s always fun to talk to filmmakers about a movie you genuinely enjoy.  Check out the interviews below, and tell us your thoughts in the comments.

INSIDIOUS is now playing everywhere.
