SPIDER-MAN: ACROSS THE SPIDER-VERSE (Part One) trailer has Miles Morales fighting Spidey 2099

If you saw the Oscar-winning SPIDER-MAN: INTO THE SPIDER-VERSE and were anxiously hoping for a sequel, get ready to be happy. Sony Pictures released a special trailer during CCXP for what is being called SPIDER-MAN: ACROSS THE SPIDER-VERSE (Part One), that last bit indicating that yes this is part one of a two-part movie rather than a standalone sequel. Shameik Moore is back voicing Miles Morales, Jake Johnson is back as Peter B. Parker, and Hailee Steinfeld is once again Gwen Stacy. There are new faces (and voices) here too, like Issa Rae as Jessica Drew / Spider-Woman. One of the big moments of this follow-up is the inclusion of Miguel O’Hara / Spider-Man 2099, voiced by Oscar Isaac. This character was actually teased in a credits stinger during SPIDER-MAN: INTO THE SPIDER-VERSE. Phil Lord and Chris Miller are once again producing and co-writing the screenplay with David Callahan (SHANG-CHI), and the film is directed by Joaquim Dos Santos (AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER), Kemp Powers (SOUL), and Justin K. Thompson (SPIDER-MAN: INTO THE SPIDER-VERSE). Check out the trailer below and tell us your thoughts in the comments.
