THE MANDALORIAN Season Two trailer – more Baby Yoda, more Stormtroopers, more awesomeness

It’s safe to say had Star Wars Celebration actually happened this year (thanks a lot, Covid-19), we would have seen the first trailer for THE MANDALORIAN Season 2 come out of there. Instead the higher ups at Disney+ and Lucasfilm and show runner Jon Favreau are releasing it today, a little over a month out from the premiere date. Let’s just say the wait was worth it, as the trailer below is very satisfying, also without giving away too much. Pedro Pascal is back as The Manadalorian bounty hunter aka Din Djarin, and he’s still taking care of “The Child” which is still being referred to by many as Baby Yoda. Also returning is Gina Carano as Cara Dune, Carl Weathers as Greef Karga, and Giancarlo Esposito‘s as Moff Gideon. The new cast includes Rosario Dawson as Ahsoka Tano, Temuera Morrison as Boba Fett, Timothy Olyphant rumored to be Cobb Vanth (wearing Boba Fett’s armor), Katee Sackhoff as Bo-Katan, and Michael Biehn as an unidentified bounty hunter… that’s a nice series of additions! Favreau is back in the director chair, as is Dave Filoni, and even Carl Weathers directs an episode. Tell us you’re not excited!

THE MANDALORIAN Season Two hits Disney+ on October 30, 2020
