PROP CULTURE trailer – the new Disney+ series takes an up close look at famous movie props

As we’re all sitting at home, new television and streaming programming is becoming more and more interesting to watch. One of the most appealing shows on the horizon (for me at least) is PROP CULTURE, set to debut on Disney+ on May 1st, which just happens to be my birthday. This documentary series follows passionate prop collector Dan Lanigan, who delves into the Disney studio archives for films like TRON, THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS, the PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN films, HONEY I SHRUNK THE KIDS, WHO FRAMED ROGER RABBIT?, and even more, sometimes talking to key players from those films, like RABBIT star Christopher Lloyd or HONEY director Joe Johnston. You can also see all of the films that are referenced on Disney+ as well, so consider that a bonus.

PROP CULTURE premieres its entire eight-episode run on Disney+ on May 1, 2020
