New INCARNATE trailer – Aaron Eckhart is an unconventional exorcist for Blumhouse

Seems like every year we get one or two movies about exorcism, sometimes trying to put a new spin on the concept. The newest from Blumhouse is INCARNATE, which features Aaron Eckhart as a man who uses an odd method to get demons out of victims… by actually going inside the victim’s head. It’s kind of like a modern day version of DREAMSCAPE from the looks of it. What’s interesting here is the trailer is not really showing that Eckhart’s character in the film is actually wheelchair-bound – there’s one super-quick shot toward the end, but he’s clearly up and walking while inside the heads of those he’s trying to help, so we imagine most of the film will have him walking and running. The supporting cast includes Carice van Houten, David Mazouz (Bruce Wayne on GOTHAM), Catalina Sandino Moreno, Emjay Anthony, Matt Nable and Karolina Wydra. Check out the new trailer below and tell us your thoughts in the comments – we originally posted a trailer of this in May, with a September release date, but it’s been pushed back to December now.

A wheelchair-bound exorcist is able to enter the subconscious minds of the possessed.

INCARNATE opens December 2, 2016
