For folks like me who have been counting the days until Netflix gives us more of the greatness that was Marvel’s DAREDEVIL series, your wait is almost over. Next month we’ll get 13 more episodes, and in this season two big time characters get introduced. The Season Two trailer below focuses on Frank Castle aka The Punisher, played by Jon Bernthal (THE WALKING DEAD). Charlie Cox returns as Matt Murdock/Daredevil, and it looks like he may have met his match… of course there’s one thing missing here, the iconic skull symbol on Punisher’s chest. Perhaps we’ll see him get his official costume at the end of the series, much like they did with Daredevil in Season One. We get a few quick shots of Deborah Ann Woll here too, back as Karen Page, and one brief glimpse of Elodie Yung as Elektra. I have to say, as a TV show trailer, this is rather incredible. Let us know if you agree in the comments below.

Just when Matt thinks he is bringing order back to the city, new forces are rising in Hell’s Kitchen. Now the Man Without Fear must take on a new adversary in Frank Castle and face an old flame – Elektra Natchios.

Bigger problems emerge when Frank Castle, a man looking for vengeance, is reborn as The Punisher, a man who takes justice into his own hands in Matt’s neighborhood. Meanwhile, Matt must balance his duty to his community as a lawyer and his dangerous life as the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen, facing a life-altering choice that forces him to truly understand what it means to be a hero.

DAREDEVIL Season 2 (all 13 episodes of it) will hit Netflix on March 18, 2016
