This Wednesday, October 21st, is officially BACK TO THE FUTURE DAY, celebrating the very day Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) and Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd) traveled to “the future” in BACK TO THE FUTURE Part II (1989). To honor the fact that we’re now actually living in that day during 2015, the fine folks at Alamo Drafthouse DFW and the historic Texas Theatre are partnering up to show the second film on the big screen in a BIG way… and Bigfanboy.com will be there. Highlight include a Delorean car show, a custom Wild Gunman arcade cabinet, a DJ spinning 1950s records plus music from 1985 and 2015, BTTF toys and comics for sale, a silent auction of a surprise item benefiting The Fox Foundation, themed drink specials, a costume contest and more. Guests are encouraged to come in 1950s or 1980s style clothing. There will be two screenings of BTTF II, one at 4:29pm and one at 7:28pm. Fans can also stick around for a “Enchantment Under the Sea” dance after party with a live themed band playing hits from the movie. The major festivities start at 6:30pm. If you love these movies, you simply must be there.

RSVP at the official Facebook invite page HERE.  You can find information about tickets and whatnot HERE (please note, the screening is NOT at the Alamo, it’s at the Texas Theatre. The historic Texas Theatre is located at 231 W Jefferson Blvd, Dallas, Texas 75208.
