THE FLASH Season 2 starts Tuesday night – interviews with Tom Cavanagh & John Wesley Shipp

The new fall seasons are starting up, and some of the most exciting hit this week. While at San Diego Comic-Con this year, I managed to snag a couple of quick interviews for THE FLASH Season 2. The first was with actor Tom Cavanagh (who plays Dr. Harrison Wells) and the second was John Wesley Shipp (Barry’s father Henry Allen). I’ve always loved Cavanagh’s work, and he’s particularly great in this series, so it was fun to chat with him a bit. It’s also nice to see how humble he is, as he spent a majority of our time praising the work of series star Grant Gustin and the show’s writers. As for John Wesley Shipp, he and I go way back, as I had him at his very first convention signing appearance way back in 2006 when his version of THE FLASH was released on DVD – you can read my very thorough interview with John on the original series here. Check out both new interviews below, and be sure to look for THE FLASH to return on the CW Network on Tuesday night at 7pm Central.
