Final trailer for Josh Trank’s FANTASTIC FOUR reboot shows more action… and Doom!

Josh Trank’s re-visioning of the FANTASTIC FOUR gets one last trailer before its release date in a few weeks, which has young scientist savant Reed Richards (Miles Teller) cracking inter-dimensional travel, but at a horrible cost to his safety, as well as that of his teammates Sue Storm (Kate Mara), Johnny Storm (Michael B. Jordan) and Ben Grimm (Jamie Bell). This trailer gives us our first semi-good look at Doctor Doom, played by Toby Kebbell, though much of the film has been kept rather secret. I like the dark tone it seems to have, but it’s hard to say whether or not there’s a lot to look forward to, as we’ve been shown so little. Take a look for yourself and tell us your thoughts in the comments.

FANTASTIC FOUR, a contemporary re-imagining of Marvel’s original and longest-running superhero team, centers on four young outsiders who teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways. Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to harness their daunting new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy.

THE FANTASTIC FOUR hits theaters on August 7, 2015
