Paul Feig has had two big comedy hits with BRIDESMAIDS and THE HEAT, and both films got a considerable amount of attention because of Melissa McCarthy. The two have re-teamed once more for SPY, which puts McCarthy in the role of a CIA analyst who becomes an International spy… because why not? And she’s in good company with a supporting cast that includes Jude Law, Jason Statham, Rose Byrne, Allison Janney, Morena Baccarin, Bobby Cannavale, Peter Serafinowicz, and 50 Cent. Check out the green band and red band trailer below and see what you think. Personally, I love the idea of Jude Law playing a sort of witless James Bond type, and it should be interesting watching Statham in a comedy like this. Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
