Did ya see Barack Obama take over THE COLBERT REPORT from Stephen? See it now…

If you missed Stephen Colbert’s THE COLBERT REPORT Monday night, let’s just say it was a good one. Stephen took the show to Washington D.C., and nabbed a pretty awesome guest with President Barack Obama. One of the best moments of the show occurred when The Prez crashed Colbert’s “The Word” segment, and pushed the host out to do his own “Decree” segment… and it was pretty fun stuff. Sure, the whole thing feels like a commercial for Obamacare and the Heathcare.gov website, but it’s still a hoot to see a sitting president on a show like this, making fun of himself with a smile. Check out the video below. THE COLBERT REPORT only has another week or so of shows left, so this is a pretty cool way to wind things down before Stephen preps for his next gig… taking over THE LATE SHOW from David Letterman.

And here’s the extended interview with Stephen and President Obama:

THE COLBERT REPORT airs nightly at 10:30pm Central on Comedy Central
