tmnt-elevator

The Michael Bay-produced reboot of TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES opens this weekend, and certain outlets have already unleashed (for better or worse) reviews of the film. Many screening audiences seemed to react very positively to one scene in particular, involving all four turtles in an elevator. It’s a simple and silly moment, but the kind of thing fans of the characters will likely enjoy. Sadly there aren’t more scenes quite like this one in the movie, at least not any that are as effective, which may be one of the reasons many film critics haven’t treated it so kindly. Box office this weekend will ultimately determine whether or not this take on TMNT will be considered successful. Take a look at the scene for yourself, and check out the film this weekend.
