Dallas-shot horror film STRIPPED (featuring adult film star Belladonna) needs your help

States like Texas and Louisiana are quickly becoming the new New Mexico when it comes to popular filming locations, but Dallas is still struggling to establish itself as a welcome place for camera to roll. In recent years popular TV shows like PRISON BREAK, THE GOOD GUYS, CHASE and most recently TNT’s DALLAS series have made their home in Big D, but we’re still doing our best to open doors to the movie makers out there. Our buddy John Wildman is currently putting together a rather fun film project right here in Dallas called STRIPPED. We actually reported on this almost exactly two years ago to the day, when John secured Adult Film star Belladonna (real name Michelle Sinclair) to star in the production. This film has been a passion project for Wildman and wife Justina Walford for the past three years, and it’s finally coming to fruition. Right now they need a little bt of help with finishing costs to make this the best possible production they can. That’s where you come in. STRIPPED is in its final days of a Kickstarter program, and we’re hoping you can dig into your pockets to help them get this done. John has been very helpful to us through the years as he organizes red carpet events in both Dallas and New York, and is very generous to members of the press. I’m more than happy to spread the word on anything he’s involved in – and it doesn’t hurt that he has great local talent like the wonderful Farah White and endearing Frank Mosley in the cast. Whatever you can give, $5, $10, it doesn’t matter, just lend them a hand if you can. Movies filming in Dallas is a good thing no matter how you slice it.

STRIPPED follows the events surrounding a birthday outing with two brothers and a friend which turns into a horrific fight for survival after they become trapped in a house with a “family” of vintage-styled, malevolent women.

We should also mention that those women are strippers.

And cannibals.

Sorry, boys. Birthday’s over.

And this “family” is an idealized, colorful, Rockwellian throwback kind of family dressed like pin-up girls: A “mom,” a “dad,” and their princess-like “daughters”…you know, classy cannibal strippers.

Three hapless men who underestimate the power of the femme fatale or the ladies who see men purely as ingredients – who will you root for?

Think about it like this: What if THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE was committed by women? Or the maniacal family in THE DEVIL’S REJECTS was 100% female? Death. With a woman’s touch.

So if you’re in a generous mood, and we hope you are, head on over to their Kickstarter page and drop a few sheckles. We’ll be following this one closely, so stay tuned for more info.
