Mark Ryan (voice of BUMBLEBEE & JETFIRE in TRANSFORMERS 1 & 2) exclusive video interview

The talented voiceover actor has performed memorably on stage and screen, and recently came through Dallas to promote the Theatre Britain production of the traditional British panto – Puss In Boots.  We had a chance to talk with Mark about his impressive film career, and get an idea of where all of his experience came from.  Ryan has actually trained actors in the art of swordfighting in big Hollywood productions, and in fact served as much more than voices in the TRANSFORMERS films.  This is, in our opinion, a rather definitive interview.  Check it out below, in three parts:

In PART ONE, Mark talks about his relationship with Theatre Britain, and the importance of panto to his own career.

In PART TWO, Mark discusses working with famous stunt choreographer Bob Anderson, and how it changed his career.

In PART THREE, we find out what lies ahead for Mark Ryan, including a comic book project or two.

Our thanks to the fine folks at Theatre Britain for bringing Mark to town, and to Madness Comics & Games for hosting Mark’s appearance and giving us a place to shoot.  Mark Ryan is one of those special people who you really must meet in person.  He is as charming as he is talented, and it was an extreme honor to interview him.  Hopefully this gives you a little more background on the man behind those big screen voices, and shows us all that what goes on behind the camera is sometimes infinitely more fascinating than what happens in front of it.
