SHE’S OUT OF MY LEAGUE poster & trailer, Jay Baruchel gets his time to shine!

I’ve often wondered when Hollywood would give Jay Baruchel his shot at “leading man” status.  He’s already turned in strong supporting performances in films like KNOCKED UP and TROPIC THUNDER, and proven he can be funny, even when paired with the more accomplished of comedic actors.  In the new Dreamworks Pictures comedy SHE’S OUT OF MY LEAGUE, Baruchel plays an awkward TSA airport security screener who becomes of interest to a stunning woman named Molly (played by Alice Eve) after holding on to her lost cel phone.  This serves as a shock to all of those around him, and makes him wonder if a woman that seems so truly out of his league could ever be part of a successful relationship.  The movie is co-written by Sean Anders and John Morris, who previously brought us the under-appreciated comedy SEX DRIVE.  I remember talking to Sean about this on the Bigfanboy Livecast, and I’m happy to hear good advance word on the film.  Check out the trailer below, and post a comment telling us what you think.
