Special EARTHLING screening at the Texas Theatre to celebrate September 13th VOD release

We love Clay Liford and the Texas Theatre, two great things to come out of this area. Clay is an accomplished local director who had another recent hit with the Film Festival favorite WUSS. The Texas Theatre is of course already famous for historical reasons (that’s where Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested), but under the ownership of Aviation Cinemas Inc. (consisting of partners Barak Epstein, Adam Donaghey, Jason Reimer and Eric Steele) it’s flourished to new heights of moviegoing popularity. This Tuesday night, September 13th, to celebrate the Video on Demand release of Clay Liford’s EARTHLING, the Texas Theatre will be hosting a special screening of the film with Clay in attendance (starts at 7pm), along with a LIVEstreaming Q&A afterward. The best part? Myself along with Devin Pike of RedCarpetCrash will be hosting said Q&A.  For more information check out the Facebook invite.  Please join us for what is sure to be a fun night.

EARTHLING hits VOD nationally on Tuesday, September 13th via iTunes, Xbox, Amazon, PS3 & Vudu

About the Author

Born and raised in Dallas, Mark has been a movie critic since 1994, with reviews featured in print, radio and National TV. Bigfanboy hosts several movie screenings in the Texas area, and works closely with film and TV studios and promotional partners to host exciting events and contests. The site also features a variety of rare celebrity and filmmaker interviews, and Bigfanboy.com regularly covers the film festival circuit as well. In addition to Hollywood reporting, Mark has worked for many years as an advertising and sci-fi/comic book artist. Clients have included Lucasfilm Ltd., Topps Trading Cards, The Dallas Mavericks and The Dallas Stars. From 2002 until 2015 he managed the Dallas Comic Con, Sci-Fi Expo and Fan Days events in the DFW area. He currently catalogs rare comic books and movie memorabilia for Heritage Auctions, and runs the Dallas Comic Show conventions, but remains an avid moviegoer and cinema buff.
