Are you familiar with TINKER TAILOR SOLDIER SPY? No? You should be. The international best seller by John Le Carre has been adapted for the big screen by director Tomas Alfredson, with a script by Peter Morgan (FROST/NIXON).  The lovely Angie Han over at SlashFilm caught this via InContention, and it’s easily the most intriguing trailer I’ve seen all week.  The cast alone (which includes the great Gary Oldman, Colin Firth, Tom Hardy, Mark Strong, Benedict Cumberbatch, Ciaran Hinds, Svetlana Khodchenko, Toby Jones, John Hurt, Stephen Graham and Kathy Burke) is enough to put my butt in a seat, but check out the trailer for yourself and see if you aren’t instantly on board.

TINKER TAILOR SOLDIER SPY opens September 16 in the U.K. and Ireland – November 18 in the U.S
