Initially I was against the idea of this remake, but after seeing this new trailer, I can honestly say I’m intrigued. Let’s face it, Jaden Smith comes from good acting genes. His father (Will Smith) and mother (Jada Pinkett-Smith) are both phenomenal at what they do, so it’s probably safe to say some of that rubbed off onto him. I can say I liked him in THE PURSUIT OF HAPPYNESS. So Jaden and Jackie Chan (the new Mr. Miyagi) take the fight overseas this time. I think the trailer is promising, let’s hope the movie delivers!

From 2002 until 2015 he managed the Dallas Comic Con, Sci-Fi Expo and Fan Days events in the DFW area. He currently catalogs rare comic books and movie memorabilia for Heritage Auctions, and runs the Dallas Comic Show conventions, but remains an avid moviegoer and cinema buff.
