DC Studios releases another new IMAX trailer for James Gunn’s SUPERMAN as tickets go on sale

With James Gunn taking lead on the redirection of the DC Comics cinematic universe, many are wondering if he can find a way to course correct the rather erratic movie offerings based on the popular comic books. His CREATURE COMMANDOS animated series has already given us a small taste of his vision, but this summer will see a new SUPERMAN movie (originally titled SUPERMAN LEGACY) flying into theaters. David Corenswet is the new Clark Kent / Superman, with Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, Wendell Pierce as Perry White, Sean Gunn as Maxwell Lord, Nathan Fillion as Guy Gardner, Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen, Mikaela Hoover as Cat Grant, Pruitt Taylor Vince as Jonathan Kent, Frank Grillo as Rick Flag, Edi Gathegi as Michael Holt aka Mr. Terrific, Milly Alcock as Kara Zor-El aka Supergirl, and Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor. Gunn is writing and directing the film, following his highly-successful GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY trilogy for Marvel Studios. Check out the new IMAX trailer below and tell us your thoughts in the comments. Tickets are now on sale, and from early reports are selling VERY well. Are you as excited as we are about this?
