PREDATORS opens this weekend, and if you see it in theaters, you’ll most likely be treated to the following trailer for MACHETE.  But check it out right now, and get a taste of what’s in store for us this September.  I love that Robert Rodriguez finally got this made, especially for Danny Trejo’s sake.  Danny is a great guy, and I know he was very hopeful the MACHETE movie would actually get done.  We talked a few years ago about it, and at the time it was still one of those “might happen” scenarios.  From the looks of the trailer, there’s some cool stuff going on here.  Jessica Alba and Michelle Rodriguez definitely fill the sexy quotient for the film, and with actors like Robert De Niro, Don Johnson, Cheech Marin, Steve Seagal, and Jeff Fahey, you’ve got a cast that simply can’t fail.  This may just be one of the coolest films of 2010.  Take a look at the trailer and tell us what you think.

And here’s my interview with Danny, in case you missed it.
