MOON KNIGHT trailer – Oscar Isaac becomes the Marvel split-personality superhero for Disney+

The newest Disney+ series to take on Marvel characters is MOON KNIGHT, based on the comics featuring Marc Spector, a man who has a past that includes being a boxer, a Marine, and a CIA agent. After nearly dying, he is brought back to power by Khonshu, a “moon god”, and must ultimately become an avenging hero. Oscar Isaac plays Spector, a man who is dealing with multiple personalities, and Ethan Hawke also stars as what looks like a cult leader, and the cast also includes May Calamawy, and Gaspard Ulliel as Anton Mogart / Midnight Man. The six episode season is co-written by THE UMBRELLA ACADEMY showrunner Jeremy Slater, and most of the episodes are directed by Mohammad Diab, who is Egyptian, which is very cool considering Moon Knight’s background. Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead also round out the director team. Check out the first trailer below and tell us your thoughts in the comments.

MOON KNIGHT streams on Disney+ starting March 30, 2022
