New International PREDATORS red band trailer – lots more gore!

PREDATORS is definitely on my must-see list of summer movies.  Seeing and hearing the presentation by Robert Rodriguez and Nimrod Antal at this year’s South by Southwest Film Festival was enough to solidify my excitement over the project, but in the months since we’ve been posting all sorts of things from the movie, all of which look very cool.  I also like the fact that (for the most part) the Predator aspects of the film have been kept pretty cryptic.  It will be nice to have some surprises while watching it.  Putting a solid cast together that includes Adrien Brody, Laurence Fishburne, Topher Grace, Alice Braga, and Danny Trejo (to name but a few) – well this just HAS to be good, right?  I’m a huge fan of the first film, and knowing that Rodriguez and Antal were as well, and had strong intentions to keep the tone of this new outing in line with the first PREDATOR film, gives me a lot of hope for the end result.  Check out this new International red band trailer, which is considerably more violent than what we’ve been treated to so far.

PREDATORS opens July 7, 2010
