THE FOREVER PURGE trailer is here, proving The Purge will continue, even when it’s done away with

If you’re a fan of THE PURGE movies, get ready for one last entry in the franchise… that is of course until the inevitable reboot. THE FOREVER PURGE marks the fifth installment of the popular film series, which deals with what happens after The Purge movement has been officially done away with – but of course, The Purge will never really end, as we see played out in the trailer. The story also not-so-subtly involves the idea of Americans having to work together with Hispanics to survive, which is rather poignant and topical considering our current real world crisis at the border – the last PURGE movie was also eerily familiar as it mirrored current political events in America around the time of its release, making it even more of a horror movie than perhaps intended. Creator James DeMonaco wrote the screenplay for this one which is directed by Everardo Gout, with a cast that includes Ana de la Reguera, Tenoch Huerta, Josh Lucas, Leven Rambin, Will Patton, and Cassidy Freeman.
