FATALE trailer – Michael Ealy and Hilary Swank have a Vegas affair that doesn’t end well

Ah yes, the one night stand coming back to haunt you… one of Hollywood’s most concepts. It seems like every year we get a film playing off this idea, and sometimes they hit really well (like FATAL ATTRACTION). The new movie FATALE seems like it’s taking a much harder edge on the theme, with Michael Ealy playing a married man attacked in his home by a mysterious intruder, only to find out the investigating detective on his case is a woman he had a Vegas fling with, played by Hilary Swank. And as often happens in these stories, the cheating man’s life begins to fall apart as the woman he slept with decides to take things to extremes. In addition to Swank and Ealy, the cast also includes Mike Colter, Danny Pino, Tyrin Turner, and Damaris Lewis. Check out the trailer below and tell us your thoughts in the comments.

After a wild one-night stand, Derrick (Michael Ealy), a successful sports agent, watches his perfect life slowly disappear when he discovers that the sexy and mysterious woman he risked everything for, is a determined police detective (Hilary Swank) who entangles him in her latest investigation. As he tries desperately to put the pieces together, he falls deeper into her trap, risking his family, his career, and even his life. FATALE is a suspenseful and provocative psychological thriller and an unpredictable game of cat and mouse where one mistake can change your life.

FATALE opens in theaters December 18, 2020
