DreamWorks Animation 10-MOVIE COLLECTION is now on Blu-ray from Universal Home Entertainment

This week, thanks to the fine folks at Universal Home Entertainment, you can pick up the entire Illumination Animation film library in one phenomenal DreamWorks 10-MOVIE COLLECTION Blu-ray set, and believe me, Blu-ray is the way to see these movies. If you’ve been putting off buying any of the individual releases, or if you’re wanting to add some wholesome family fun to your viewing at home, this set is terrific to own.

This terrific set includes classic films like SHREK, TROLLS, THE CROODS, SPIRIT, ABOMINABLE, BOSS BABY, MADAGASCAR, KUNG FU PANDA, and HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON. As a collection of cool family films, this is really solid. You might notice, the sequels on some of these films are not included here, but it’s still a great starter collection for any library. These films are great for kids and adults, most are rated PG, so there’s some adult-ish humor from time to time, but nothing overtly offensive for young ones. One of the things that makes DreamWorks Animation films work so well is how accessible they are for ALL ages. These feel like family films made with adult sensibilities in mind. You may hear or see a few jokes here and there that YOU will get, even if your kids don’t… and honestly, that’s okay. Universal has once again done a great job packaging this set together, sort of giving us a one-stop set that will easily fill an entire weekend or more with hours upon hours of enjoyable entertainment. And just like the individual releases, this set also includes hours of Animated Shorts, Music Videos, trivia, deleted scenes and more, so there’s extra fun to be had even when you’re not engrossed in one of the films. There is plenty of content here to keep you and the kids busy. This set also features a nicely embossed slipcase, which you don’t always see with Universal releases… bonus!

This set also includes Digital Codes for the films, in case you want to watch them on portable devices. I really enjoy DreamWorks animated films, and I can certainly say this set is a great addition to any collection, and a really fun holiday gift idea if you’re looking for something unique.

Special features include:
Animated Shorts
Music Videos
How Tos
Trivia
Deleted Scenes

Relive each classic moment as an ogre, a panda, a yeti, and so many more of your favorite characters embark on epic journeys across their worlds. With lots of laughs and breathtakingly beautiful animation, this collection is perfect for children and parents alike. The fun-filled collection includes Shrek, Madagascar, Home, Spirit: Stallion of Cimarron, How to Train your Dragon, The Croods, Kung Fu Panda, Boss Baby, Abominable, and Trolls! The DREAMWORKS 10-MOVIE COLLECTION comes with hours of bonus features including animated shorts, music videos, deleted scenes, and much more for the whole family!
