After INCEPTION, it’s hard to imagine Christopher Nolan finding yet another way to make a mind-bending genre film that would wow audiences quite the same way… and now here comes TENET. The new 10-minute behind-the-scenes featurette below (like the trailers) does a great job of getting us interested without telling us too much, and features some nice interview snippets with the cast and crew. The impressive ensemble features John David Washington, Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Dimple Kapadia, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Clémence Poésy, Michael Caine, Martin Donovan, and Kenneth Branagh. Check it out and tell us your thoughts in the comments below. The big question right now is whether or not TENET will be able to keep its umpteenth release date, as Covid-19 occupancy restrictions are still strongly affecting movie theaters, and Nolan refuses to dump it to streaming. If the film can’t get a wide release next month, expect another release date postponement… but hey, theaters are technically reopened now, so…
John David Washington is the new protagonist in Christopher Nolan’s original sci-fi action spectacle Tenet. Armed with only one word – Tenet – and fighting for the survival of the entire world, the Protagonist journeys through a twilight world of international espionage on a mission that will unfold in something beyond real time. Not time travel. Inversion.
