A QUIET PLACE Part II trailer – Emily Blunt and kids return, John Krasinski is back as director

A QUIET PLACE became a sleeper hit in 2018, introducing a new sensory horror concept, and proving that John Krasinski is a writer/director force to be reckoned with. Now, less than two years later, A QUIET PLACE II is about to hit theaters, bringing back Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds and Noah Jupe, and introducing Cillian Murphy and Djimon Hounsou to this universe. Krasinski is once again co-writing and directing here, so don’t be surprised if he makes a cameo, perhaps in flashback. Check out the first full trailer below and tell us your thoughts in the comments.

Following the deadly events at home, the Abbott family (Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe) must now face the terrors of the outside world as they continue their fight for survival in silence. Forced to venture into the unknown, they quickly realize that the creatures that hunt by sound are not the only threats that lurk beyond the sand path.

A QUIET PLACE PART II opens March 20, 2020
