THE MANDALORIAN trailer – The STAR WARS Disney+ series looks absolutely fantastic

There’s been heavy anticipation surrounding the Jon Favreau-helmed STAR WARS live action series THE MANDALORIAN, which is set to stream on Disney+ this November, but up until now the only folks who got a solid look at what to expect were lucky fans at this year’s Star Wars Celebration event in Chicago. Now, thanks to Disney’s D23 Expo, the rest of us can get a sneak peek of what to expect, which you can see below… and boy oh boy, does it look great. The series stars Pedro Pascal (in the title role), Carl Weathers, Gina Carano, Werner Herzog, Brendan Wayne, Giancarlo Esposito, Nick Nolte, Dominic Pace, Emily Swallow, and the great Taika Waititi. The various directors lending their talents to the show include Waititi, Bryce Dallas Howard, Dave Filoni, Deborah Chow, and Rick Famuyiwa. Tell us what you think in the comments.

After the stories of Jango and Boba Fett, another warrior emerges in the Star Wars universe. “The Mandalorian” is set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. We follow the travails of a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic.

STAR WARS: THE MANDALORIAN begins streaming on Disney+ starting November 20, 2019
