US trailer/poster – GET OUT’s Jordan Peele is back in the director chair with a new thriller

When Jordan Peele unleashed GET OUT on unprepared moviegoers, it turned into a surprise smash hit with audiences, and solidified Peele as a filmmaking force to be reckoned with. His next effort hits theaters this march, called US. This involves a seemingly happy family of four going on vacation, only to be terrorized by what appears to be deranged duplicates of themselves. While GET OUT was very much a commentary on racism and social standards, this is more pure horror. It stars BLACK PANTHER‘s Lupita Nyong’o and Winston Duke, along with Elizabeth Moss (THE HANDMAID’S TALE), Tim Heidecker (of Tim and Eric fame), Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (AQUAMAN), Anna Diop (TITANS), Shahadi Wright Joseph, Evan Alex, Madison Curry, Kara Hayward, Cali Sheldon and Noelle Sheldon. Check out the first trailer below and tell us your thoughts in the comments.

US opens March 15, 2019
