OVERLORD interviews with cast & crew from Fantastic Fest 2018… including STAR TREK news!

Bad Robot’s OVERLORD hits theaters this weekend, their first R-rated movie to date, set during World War II and definitely leaning toward the “horror” genre. It had a big premiere at Fantastic Fest 2018 in Austin, where pretty much the entire cast came out, along with director Julius Avery, and producers Jon Cohen and Lindsey Weber, the latter of which gave me some juicy and rather awesome STAR TREK movie news… let’s hope it’s true. The first video features Jovan Adepo, Pilou Asbaek, Dom Applewhite, John Magaro, and Julius Avery. The second video features Wyatt Russell, Iain De Caestecker, Jon Cohen (not Jo Burns as the titles say, my editor didn’t realize who it was at the time), producer Lindsey Weber and Mathilde Ollivier. When I did these interviews, I had not yet seen the movie, but I watched it right after… and it’s a blast. Big thanks to Adam and Andrew Conway for shooting these, and Grady May for editing them. Check out the interviews and look for the film in theaters this weekend.
