Since THE EXORCIST, there’s been a variety of movies dealing with the subject of exorcism, though none have ever seemed to come close to the impact of the William Friedkin classic.  Well the new Eli Roth-produced film THE LAST EXORCISM looks pretty darn creepy in this trailer, and if the film is anything like these few minutes, we may finally have a winner.  It’s directed by Daniel Stamm, who previously did the controversial film A NECESSARY DEATH, in which a filmmaker chronicles the events of someone committing suicide.  Check out THE LAST EXORCISM trailer below, and tell me you’re not creeped out too!

THE LAST EXORCISM opens August 27, 2010
