Like Danny Trejo?  Can’t wait for his starring role in MACHETE?  Well now you have another film to look forward to.  Danny Trejo’s VENGEANCE looks to be following the Grindhouse-style formula… at least in this trailer.  Directed by Gil Medina, and produced by Trejo and Medina as well, the film co-stars the great Donal Logue (THE TAO OF STEVE), Robert John Burke (THINNER), Jason Mewes (JAY AND SILENT BOB STRIKE BACK), Diamond Dallas Page, and Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson.  I interviewed Danny a year or so ago, before MACHETE was officially greenlit, and he had already worked on VENGEANCE at that point.  He talked about it enthusiastically even then.  You can see that interview below (under the trailer).  Check out the VENGEANCE trailer and let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.

Danny Trejo’s VENGEANCE is scheduled to open November 11, 2010

And here’s my interview with Danny from a while ago where he talks about working on VENGEANCE.

And finally, here’s the promo poster for the film.
