Warner Bros. is determined to show us they can make cool superhero movies.  After unleashing the WONDER WOMAN on moviegoers, which is STILL going strong at the box office, they aren’t slowing down as JUSTICE LEAGUE is hitting cinemas in a few months. And today, thanks to San Diego Comic-Con, we’ve got a new extended theatrical trailer, and it looks pretty incredible. In it, we see Bruce Wayne / Batman (Ben Affleck) gathering up metahumans for a perceived threat he believes is coming, which we finally get a vague look at in this new trailer. That would be “Steppenwolf”, voiced by Ciarán Hinds, who is send to do battle by Darkseid (if you read the comics, you know who that is).  The superhero team brought together to fight this threat includes Aquaman (Jason Momoa), Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), Cyborg (Ray Fisher) and the Flash (Ezra Miller).  Each team member gets a chance to show off a bit in the trailer, but we’ll have to wait until November to see the film on the big screen. No sign of Superman here, but we know he’s in the movie… is that him at the end of this new trailer? Is it someone else? Green Lantern maybe? Tell us your thoughts in the comments.

JUSTICE LEAGUE is directed by Zack Snyder (finished and edited by Joss Whedon) and stars Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Henry Cavill as Clark Kent/Superman, Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, Ezra Miller as Barry Allen/The Flash, Jason Momoa as Arthur Curry/Aquaman, Ray Fisher as Victor Stone/Cyborg, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, J.K. Simmons as Commissioner James Gordon, Amber Heard as Mera, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Ciarán Hinds as Steppenwolf, and Willem Dafoe as Vulko.

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Justice League hits theaters November 17, 2017.
