STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI gets six new posters and a breathtaking sizzle reel, thanks to D23

The next STAR WARS Trilogy movie to follow THE FORCE AWAKENS is just 5 months away, but over the weekend Disney’s D23 event delivered fans a big time treat, another one of those amazing Lucasfilm sizzle reels that shows some behind the scenes for the making of the film. You can watch it below, and see if it doesn’t get you even more excited than the trailer. We see a lot here, new creatures and new characters, including brief shots of new cast members Benicio Del Toro, Kelly Marie Tran, and Laura Dern. But as if that’s not enough, we also get six new theatrical posters featuring a very red motif – likely playing off the red sand planet shown in the trailer. Are you stoked for EPISODE VIII also known as STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI? We certainly are. Directed by Rian Johnson (LOOPER), this definitely looks darker and more serious than THE FORCE AWAKENS, so it should be interesting to see how fans react.
