Hi Barbara, not sure why that would be, but so you know ALL passes were claimed within the same hour we posted this Thursday afternoon, so the screening was full as of that evening. Once we post the code, we have no control over whether or not it works with the studio. If you weren’t able to download passes, it likely means it was already full.
