New HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS featurette & teaser trailer!

What’s this?  Footage from the next HARRY POTTER movie??  Is the internet going to implode?!?!  SlashFilm has posted the first look and teaser trailer to HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS.  Below you can catch the video, which starts with a brief behind-the-scenes look at the new film, followed by a brief but cool-looking teaser trailer for the next film.  I was pretty vocal about how bored I was with the last HARRY POTTER film, but everyone keeps telling me that what lies ahead is going to be gritty and full of action.  I certainly hope so.  This little teaser does look promising, I’ll say that.  Plus it has the great John Hurt in it, who must have the best agent in Hollywood… what with V FOR VENDETTA, HELLBOY 1 and 2, INDIANA JONES AND THE KINGDOM OF THE CRYSTAL SKULL, and the HARRY POTTER films.

 

I hope Warner Brothers allows this to stay up, though I can’t imagine why they wouldn’t, as it’s going to be on the HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF-BLOOD PRINCE DVD and Blu-ray.  As always, we give credit where credit is due, and we saw this first on SlashFilm, which is a great movie news site!  We’ll keep you posted on any upcoming HP news.
