LIFE Extended Sneak Peek clip – Jake Gyllenhaal & Ryan Reynolds find a lifeform from Mars

life-sneakpeek-header

Sony Pictures has released a new Extended Sneak Peek at their upcoming space thriller LIFE, which hits theaters in a few weeks. The movie, directed by Daniel Espinosa (SAFE HOUSE), stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Rebecca Ferguson, Olga Dihovichnaya, Ariyon Bakare, Hiroyuki Sanada and Ryan Reynolds and astronauts on an International Space Station that discover life (or rather the indication of a lifeform) from the surface of Mars. At first they’re all thrilled, until they start messing with it, and of course all hell breaks loose. You can likely predict how this will play out, but we’re guessing it will still be a cool production to watch. Check out the clip below, and tell us your thoughts in the comments. This is something we’ve already seen a bit of in the trailers, but played out more thoroughly and painfully here. Some may consider it a spoiler-ish clip, but we’re guessing it’s just the beginning of their much bigger adventure.

Life tells the story of the six-member crew of the International Space Station that is on the cutting edge of one of the most important discoveries in human history: the first evidence of extraterrestrial life on Mars. As the crew begins to conduct research, their methods end up having unintended consequences and the life form proves more intelligent than anyone ever expected.

LIFE opens March 24, 2017
