We’re still a few months from the release of Marvel’s GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY Vol. 2, but the studio was kind of enough to put together another new trailer loaded with new footage to get us ready, and thanks to Chris Pratt appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live, now you can see it below. Director James Gunn is back, and the returning cast includes Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel and Bradley Cooper… Sean Gunn and Glenn Close also return, and they’re all joined by newcomers Kurt Russell, Pom Klementieff, and Elizabeth Debicki (who we get our first look at here). Set to the backdrop of ‘Awesome Mixtape #2,’ Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 continues the team’s adventures as they traverse the outer reaches of the cosmos. The Guardians must fight to keep their newfound family together as they unravel the mysteries of Peter Quill’s true parentage. Old foes become new allies and fan-favorite characters from the classic comics will come to our heroes’ aid as the Marvel cinematic universe continues to expand.

Born and raised in Dallas, Mark has been a movie critic since 1994, with reviews featured in print, radio and National TV.
