Okay, just so you know, this is a Chinese trailer, so a lot of the narration is NOT in English, but if you wanted to get a lengthy look at what to expect from THE GREAT WALL, prepare yourself for a 9-minute preview. The Chinese extended trailer below shows quite a bit of the upcoming Matt Damon film, directed by Zhang Yimou (HERO). The film was shot completely in China, said to be the largest production ever done there, and co-stars Jing Tian, Pedro Pascal, Willem Dafoe and Andy Lau. Starring global superstar Matt Damon and directed by one of the most breathtaking visual stylists of our time, Zhang Yimou (Hero, House of Flying Daggers), Legendary’s The Great Wall tells the story of an elite force making a valiant stand for humanity on the world’s most iconic structure. The first English-language production for Yimou is the largest film ever shot entirely in China. The Great Wall also stars Jing Tian, Pedro Pascal, Willem Dafoe and Andy Lau.
