If you thought Marvel Studios would slow down this year after CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR, you’re in for a surprise. They’ve uploaded a clip of DOCTOR STRANGE that gives you an idea of just how wild and crazy things get in the film. Benedict Cumberbatch takes the lead role in DOCTOR STRANGE with Scott Derrickson (SINISTER) as director. This is definitely one of the more weird Marvel Comics characters, and the trailer doesn’t shy away from the unusual aspects of that story. The supporting cast is quite impressive – a bald Tilda Swinton stars as the Ancient One, Chiwetel Ejiofor plays Mordo, and Michael Stuhlbarg, Benedict Wong, Rachel McAdams, Scott Adkins, and Mads Mikkelsen also star. Born and raised in Dallas, Mark has been a movie critic since 1994, with reviews featured in print, radio and National TV. In 2001 he started the Entertainment section of the Herorealm website, where he contributed film reviews and celebrity interviews until 2004.
