Kate Beckinsale has certainly had an impressive career in a wide variety of films, but none have reached the level of success she’s seen in the UNDERWORLD franchise. The latest in that line hits theaters this January, titled UNDERWORLD: BLOOD WARS. This time the Lycans are on the hunt for Selene’s blood (hence the title). In addition to Beckinsale, the cast also includes Theo James, Lara Pulver, Charles Dance, and Tobias Menzies. Check out the first trailer below and tell us your thoughts in the comments.

Underworld: Blood Wars follows Vampire death dealer, Selene (Kate Beckinsale) as she fends off brutal attacks from both the Lycan clan and the Vampire faction that betrayed her. With her only allies, David (Theo James) and his father Thomas (Charles Dance), she must stop the eternal war between Lycans and Vampires, even if it means she has to make the ultimate sacrifice.

UNDERWORLD: BLOOD WARS opens January 6, 2017
