RIDE ALONG became a hit for Universal in 2014, so quickly in fact that a sequel was greenlit almost immediately. Now just two years later Kevin Hart and Ice Cube are back, along with director Tim Story and Tika Sumpter (who plays Cube’s sister and Hart’s love interest. This installment takes the buddy cops to Miami. The supporting cast includes Ken Jeong, Olivia Munn, Benjamin Bratt, and Sherri Shepherd. Kevin Hart and Ice Cube lead the returning lineup of Ride Along 2, the sequel to the blockbuster action-comedy that gave us the year’s most popular comedy duo. Joining Hart and Cube for the next chapter of the series are director Tim Story, as well as Cube’s fellow producers—Will Packer, Matt Alvarez and Larry Brezner—who will produce alongside Cube.
