Whether you like ghost stories or not, they’re all the rage right now in Hollywood, and none are more successful than the PARANORMAL ACTIVITY films. The newest is PARANORMAL ACTIVITY: THE GHOST DIMENSION, which follows a new family called The Fleeges. The father is Ryan (Chris J. Murray), the mother is Emily (Brit Shaw), and the daughter is Leila (Ivy George). Let’s just say they experience some pretty weird stuff, and in their adventures may finally answer some burning questions PA fans have long wanted to know about. Producer Jason Blum also promises this is a finale of sorts, even going so far as to say “It’s coming to an end. This is it, the finale. We’re saying it before the movie opens. We’re not going to grind this horror franchise into the ground.” Blum also added “All the questions that everyone has asked from the past Paranormal Activity films: What does Toby look like? What’s the backstory to the families? These questions have been teased out. Now they will be answered.” But he’s not dumb, as he does admit that somewhere in the future a reboot is certainly possible. These movies are made for very little money, and have made tons of cash for Paramount Pictures, their distributor. Tell us what you think of the newest trailer in the comments. We should also note, this is the first PARANORMAL ACTIVITY movie audiences will see in 3D, for what that’s worth.
