We’re honored to premiere the NEW poster right here at Bigfanboy.com – other sites, if ya get it from here please give credit! If you’ve been wondering what director Matthew Vaughn has been up to since X-MEN: FIRST CLASS, check out the new red band trailer for KINGSMAN: THE SECRET SERVICE, based on the comic book series SECRET SERVICE by Mark Millar (writer of KICK-ASS) and Dave Gibbons (artist of WATCHMEN). We’ve posted a few trailers from this already, but this latest one looks insanely fun. The film puts a polish on the British spy game and stars Colin Firth, Michael Caine, Taron Egerton and Samuel L. Jackson. This newest red band trailer also features a few new shots of the crazy carnage in the film’s finale, which was highly talked about after an advance screening. The visuals here are pretty nuts, and some of it looks almost a little too over the top – I’d be lying if I said it didn’t remind me just a little of 1998’s laughably bad THE AVENGERS film adaptation, but I’ll reserve judgement until I see the finished product. I will say I have faith in Vaughn, as I don’t think I’ve seen a movie he’s directed that I didn’t like. Check out the trailer below and tell us your thoughts in the comments.
Based upon the acclaimed comic book and directed by Matthew Vaughn (Kick-Ass (2010), X-Men: First Class (2011)), Kingsman: The Secret Service tells the story of a super-secret spy organization that recruits an unrefined but promising street kid into the agency’s ultra-competitive training program just as a global threat emerges from a twisted tech genius.
