The first official teaser trailer for TERMINATOR: GENISYS hits tomorrow, but as is becoming the norm with Hollywood, the studio thought you’d like to see a teaser for the teaser… yeah. Anyway, here’s the teaser for the teaser trailer for the film. I’ll say this, in just a few seconds of footage it’s giving us the choice stuff. You see a new T-1000 (which we believe to be Byung-Hun Lee), and Arnold Schwarzenegger showing off his exposed Terminator arm. The new movie is directed by THOR: THE DARK WORLD‘s Alan Taylor, and stars Arnold Schwarzenegger (playing the Terminator from the original trilogy), Emilia Clarke as Sarah Connor, Jai Courtney as Kyle Reese, Jason Clarke as John Connor, JK Simmons, Matt Smith and Byung-Hun Lee. Take a look for yourself below, and check back with us tomorrow for the full trailer experience. Oh, and here’s a motion poster for the film:

The year is 2029. John Connor, leader of the resistance continues the war against the machines. At the Los Angeles offensive, John’s fears of the unknown future begin to emerge when TECOM spies reveal a new plot by SkyNet that will attack him from both fronts; past and future, and will ultimately change warfare forever.

TERMINATOR: GENISYS opens July 1, 2015
