There’s been speculation and rumors that Nathan Fillion might appear in GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY, since he’s buddies with James Gunn and the two have worked together on more than a few occasions. Want to know what Fillion had to say about that? If you missed Dallas Comic Con last weekend, one of the special Q&A sessions brought up that question and more. It was highly publicized that most of the cast of FIREFLY would appear at the event, but not having Nathan do his own Q&A panel would have seemed like a wasted opportunity for the fans. I pushed for just that and we made it happen. In his panel I asked about the sixth season cliffhanger of CASTLE, whether or not the rumors about Marvel’s GUARDIANS might be true, and even got him to do his stupid hair trick made famous from his interviews on THE LATE SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN. It’s also worthy of note this panel would have taken place a year ago when Fillion was supposed to be a special guest at Dallas Comic Con in 2013, but had to cancel suddenly due to a serious eye infection… a cancellation that happened the day of the show. So getting him here and in the flesh was a big deal to the fans. I can tell you, making Nathan Fillion laugh is a treat, but just being part of this event was true career highlight for me. Check out the full video below, which runs about about 45 minutes. Our thanks to yodasama who posted this and other great videos on YouTube.
