Bigfanboy.com has partnered up with the Alamo Drafthouse to host a special DFW screening (in 35mm) of the original 1994 classic Alex Proyas film THE CROW, and a special bonus the creator of the character and comic books James O’Barr will be in the house for a special pre-show Q&A and post-show autograph signing! This is a rare opportunity to see the beloved film on the big screen in its original 35mm format, and you get to watch it with the man who created it. James will do a short Q&A before the movie, and will be available after for a meet and greet, plus he’ll have prints and books for sale if you’d like to pick something up to get signed. Bigfanboy.com will also be giving away a few of the special San Diego Comic-Con exclusive CROW reboot posters featuring art by James O’Barr – these are very nice. To attend the screening, just buy a ticket here while they’re available for the Thursday night show, which starts at 8pm. Food and beverages cost extra and are not included in the ticket cost. If you’ve never seen THE CROW on the big screen, this is THE way to remedy that.

The screening will be held at the new Alamo Drafthouse in Richardson, TX – located off of Belt Line Road and 75 Central Expressway, Southwest corner. There are no passes for this one, you must buy a ticket here. The screening will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at 8:00pm (note slightly later start time).
