MACHETE KILLS gets two new character posters for Carlos Estevez and Demian Bichir

Robert Rodriguez is an extremely versatile director.  Whether he is making kids movies (SPY KIDS franchise), making movies for his kids based on their creations (THE ADVENTURES OF SHARKBOY AND LAVAGIRL 3-D) or making extremely engaging genre films like SIN CITY, MACHETE or PLANET TERROR, he always seems to put his all into the films.  MACHETE KILLS, sequel to 2010’s MACHETE which was a movie born out of a fake trailer for the GRINDHOUSE double feature films (RR’s own PLANET TERROR and Quentin Tarantino’s DEATH PROOF) is an over the top grindhouse flick that knows very well the absurdity and absolute gloriousness that comes with these types of films and aims to make the most of it.  Over the top action, crazy casting choices and insane plot guarantee that we are never left wanting.  Check your brain at the door and enjoy the ride.
