THE WOLVERINE gets 2 new posters – Hugh Jackman is screaming mad!

Hugh Jackman seems to never rest, especially when it comes to playing the popular Marvel Comics’ superhero Wolverine. Though we’ve yet to see a teaser or trailer or any kind, which is odd considering THE WOLVERINE opens in about four months, Fox isn’t shy about releasing stills or poster images. Today we have two new posters from the film (courtesy of IMP), which is said to be based on the original Wolverine mini-series by Chris Claremont and Frank Miller, and finds Logan in Japan fighting samurais and ninjas. Jackman is also reprising the role of the clawed mutant in Bryan Singer’s X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST, currently filming. THE WOLVERINE is directed by James Mangold (KNIGHT AND DAY, 3:10 TO YUMA) and co-stars Brian Tee, Will Yun Lee (as Silver Samurai), Hiroyuki Sanada (as Shingen Yashida), Svetlana Khodchenkova (rumored as Viper), Rila Fukushima (as Yukio) and Tao Okamoto (as Mariko Yashida). Check out the new posters below (the second one you can make bigger by clicking on it) and tell us your thoughts in the comments.
